So just to illustrate how the Voyager segment of this cross over was an after thought. Here is the end of Unlimited #6 (stating Telepathy War is conclusion), the beginning of Telepathy War #1 showing it will be continued in Voyager #13, and finally the last panel of this issue showing that the story is indeed over.

 

 

 

It was just a month ago when Lwaxana was trying to marry War Ulos while also still being married to Odo (Deep Space Nine 10), yet it seems she has moved on.
