The final issue covered in episode 003 was Star Trek #7 (Gold Key), which was later reprinted as Star Trek #45.

Sci-Fi legend Glen Larson passed away this weekend. Larson was responsible to keeping the space opera in the living room for years, notable with bringing us Battlestar Galactica while Star Trek was finding its footing on the big screen. BSG has perhaps rivaled Star Trek in terms of bouncing from comic publisher to publisher. All bring their own spin on the classic franchise.
In addition to original franchises that have lived in comics after their TV counterparts stopped filming, he also adapted a few well known comic stories to the small screen.
